Weekends are a popular time for going on a long run.  Groups of Striders often get together to run in Ladner, Tsawwassen, Point Roberts, and elsewhere. Perhaps the most regular group is the Saturday morning group (see details below) but other options are available.

Saturday Morning Run:

Meeting place: 7:00 am at Winskill Aquatic Centre or 7:20 am at Diefenbaker Park.
