There are no annual fees associated with the club. New runners and past members should feel free to drop in and run with the group at anytime, all levels are welcome.
The Club's main activities include speed training on Wednesday nights and long runs on the weekend (see "Weekend Run" for details). The Striders also participate in races in North America and overseas. For example, several members have run marathons in Boston, New York, and London, as well as the ultra competitive Medoc marathon in France. Social activities are not frowned upon.
